Where we deliver to:
We deliver to all residential, rural, and business addresses throughout New Zealand. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We do not deliver outside of New Zealand.
Delivery fees:
All Urban - $15.00 non signature
All Rural - $21.00 non signature
Expected Delivery Times:
We ship within NZ via courier. We will aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. Estimated delivery for Non rural deliveries are 1-2 business days while rural deliveries can take 3-4 days, but please allow extra time as our courier services often experience delivery delays.
Delivery terms and conditions:
A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by our chosen courier company. We do not accept liability for delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. All items purchased from AromaAffair are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, we may have to charge an additional re-delivery fee. It is recommended that if you are going to be at work during the delivery then use your work address for delivery to prevent risk of stolen packages.
Return Policy
For safety and hygiene reasons our products cannot be resold so we do not accept returns. We are committed to creating and making wonderful products for you to enjoy. If you are not happy with our product, please let us know. We will work with you to ensure your experience is a positive one.
